About Andy

Andy was born and raised in northern New Jersey. After high school he moved west where he graduated from the University of Denver. His business career began in Denver, but he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1981 where he lived the next twenty five years. Recently, he moved back to Colorado to pursue new business interests.

In the mid 1980’s Andy found himself in a deteriorating marriage while simultaneously faced with a failing business. Like most of us, he started to question the meaning and purpose of life. The more questions he asked, the more the teachers and answers arrived. He started to file away his notes on life experience and collected those notes for twenty years. During this period he concluded that being happy in the present moment was life’s number one priority and that this happiness was a magnet to everything he desired.

On a recent hiking expedition to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, the inspiration to write Simple Happy arrived. He laid out twenty years of notes and put together his thoughts on happiness and its wonderful magnetic virtues.

The result is “Simple Happy, finally learning to listen to yourself”
