If you are a professional keynote speaker or trainer, and want to be listed on Blue Moon's speaker roster, please send us a professional promo/press kit, which should include the following:

1. A "one-sheet" with description of speech topics, program outline and bio.
2. Your current fee schedule and travel requirements.
3. References and testimonials.
4. Professional "head-shots" and action photos.
5. Published works e.g. books, tapes, articles etc.
6. Any press articles.
7. Any technical requirements
8. A recent, video of a live presentation on a DVD.
9. Link to a text-based (HTML) website.  No "Flash" sites if possible!

Materials Will Not be Returned. We do not charge a registration fee!
