Programs:
Take Two Laughs and Call Me
in the Morning
* Do you feel stressed out at work?
Stress can affect your concentration, making you perform poorly
on the job.
* Is stress making you ill? It has been estimated that 7 out of 10 doctor’s
visits are stress related.
* Is stress hurting your personal life? Stress can make one irritable,
making it difficult to get along with others.
If you answered yes to 1 or
all of these questions then you need to laugh more. Studies show
you cannot laugh and be stressed out at the same time. George
Gilbert can provide your organization with one of the most entertaining
and informative speeches on laughter and it’s benefits.
