Gini Graham Scott, Ph.D., J.D. is a nationally
known writer, consultant, speaker, and seminar/workshop
leader, specializing in work and business relationships
and professional development. Her topics include organizational
behavior, conflict resolution, creativity, innovation,
and problem solving. She is founder and director of
Changemakers and Creative Communications & Research.
She has taught classes at several colleges, including
California State University, Hayward, Notre Dame de
Namur University, and the Investigative Career Program
in San Francisco.

Gini Graham Scott has incorporated
the themes in her books into various creative projects, such
as songs about work, conflict, ethical dilemmas, lying, and success,
and photographs on these themes. She participated in the East
Bay Open Studios 2004 program with Pro Arts, an organization
of over 1000 artists, based in Oakland, California, showing photos
of people in different working environments. These songs and
photos are incorporated into her workshops and ethnographic research.
Additionally, Gini Graham Scott has
published over two dozen games with major game companies, including
Hasbro and Pressman, and has used games in seminars and workshops
on workplace issues, such as JOB CITY, GET A JOB!, WHAT'S YOUR
ADVICE?, WHAT'S THE VERDICT?, and TRUTH OR LIE? Because of her
books on creativity, she was Nintendo's national spokesperson
for Tetris II in 1994.
Gini Graham Scott has received national
media exposure for her books (including appearances on Good Morning
America, Oprah, Montel Williams, CNN, and the O'Reilly Factor).
She hosted a weekly radio talk show, CHANGEMAKERS, featuring
interviews with guests on different occupations, businesses,
lifestyles, and new technologies and trends, which aired from
1991 to 1993 to 1 million listeners in over 70 countries.
Gini Graham Scott received a Ph.D.
in Sociology from the University of California in Berkeley, a
J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School, an M.A.
in Anthropology from California State University, Hayward, and
is working towards an additional MA in Mass Communications and
Organizational, Consumer, and Audience Behavior at Cal State
Hayward.
