Transform
Our Potential Into Prosperity!
After nearly two decades of public speaking in the studio, Mark McIntosh expands
his communication skills to the stage and corporate board room. Victory Productions' "Run
to Daylight: Transforming Potential into Prosperity" encourages individuals
and groups to create healthy and productive choices from the obstacles and
adversity present in our lives: personal and professional.
In recent years, Mark
McIntosh has extensively studied the power of human
potential that lies within all of us - if we just get out of
our own way! This rediscovered awareness led to Victory Productions,
which utilizes McIntosh's intuitive and problem solving skills
nurtured years ago on the fields of athletic competition; communication
and listening skills fine-tuned in his lengthy sports journalism
career and a natural coaching ability now enhanced by membership
in the International Coaching Federation, the worldwide licensing
body for business and professional coaches.
A High School All-American in football,
basketball and baseball. McIntosh's promising athletic career
ended just two days after he signed a letter of intent to play
football/baseball at the University of Missouri . During a high
school basketball game, he suffered a fractured skull which resulted
in hearing loss and equilibrium challenges: competitive athletics
were history.
Two years later he began a 20-year
stint as an award-winning sports anchor. Today, McIntosh’s
broadcast career continues as the weekday host of “Colorado
and Company” at KUSA-TV, 9News in Denver.
Run To Daylight
Award-winning Denver sportscaster
and inspirational coach Mark McIntosh delivers an enlightening,
inspiring and entertaining keynote drawing from personal, athletic
and business experiences which have provided a fertile training
ground for what he is today: a dynamic, resourceful and enthusiastic
expert in creating productive choices for life's challenges,
whether at home, work, or in our communities.
The father of two was challenged to
learn the skills of productive choices for challenges long ago
as a quarterback side-stepping blitzes; as a point guard dissecting
half-court traps; and as a slugger crushing nasty curves at the
plate, and later, in handling in a healthy and productive fashion,
the curve balls of life.

“The
Presentation”
Award-winning CBS4 Sportscaster and
inspirational speaker Mark McIntosh delivers an enlightening,
entertaining and inspiring message that encourages audience members
to remember we're limited only by our imagination in creating
productive choices to the challenges we face that will help us
transform our potential into prosperity, whether at home, in
business, our schools or communities.
“Run to Daylight” is customized
for each respective client and delivered, at client's request,
in a time range of 30-minutes to one hour.
“The Transforming, Two-Hour
of Power”
Mr. McIntosh presents “Run to
Daylight” in a 45-minute version, preferably at 11am .
After a 20-minute break to allow audience members to reflect
on the customized message, Victory Productions provides a catered
lunch where the assembled group works through an hour-long workshop
designed to identify important factors we should “keep” “handoff” or “pass” in
our journey toward transforming potential into prosperity.
The clients' targeted sector is encouraged
to “do one thing different” the next 30 days to improve
productivity and satisfaction. Victory Productions returns one
month later with follow up to measure success. The program's
follow up portion can be extended beyond the initial one-month
time frame.
“An Intoxicating Evening,
with a Good Hangover.”
Combining forces with the musical
talents of Denver-based Chilli Willi and the coaching expertise
of Colman Coaching, Victory Productions presents this entertaining
evening of music, musings and charitable giving.
The event begins with an hour of music,
then “Run to Daylight” in a 30-minute version, followed
by more music, then a unique charity giveaway facilitated by
Kendall Colman of Colman Coaching. Chilli Willi completes the
fascinating affair with more of its great sound.
This program is ideal for networking
events, and evening entertainment for conferences and retreats.

Run to Daylight: First Impression
Touchdown!
First impressions are important, right?
Most of us would agree that the initial 30 seconds of interaction
with clients, customers and associates is critical to the quality
of conversation, engagement and productivity we enjoy in the
business world and social situations.
Tapping into the communication and
presentation skills finely honed during a two-decade sports casting
career, in “Run to Daylight: First Impression Touchdown,” enlightening
and entertaining speaker, author and coach Mark McIntosh mentors
clients in identifying, enhancing and executing three important
strategies leading to a winning first impression.
It's a skill the award-winning sports
anchor continues to display daily as the weekday morning sports
anchor at CBS4 in Denver .
“RTD: First Impression Touchdown!” is
presented in a two-hour format that is kicked off with McIntosh's
energizing “Run to Daylight: Transforming Potential into
Prosperity” message. Then the group marches into a highly
interactive setting where its collective talents, assisted by
McIntosh's communication and presentation expertise, create a
compelling “first impression” strategy that is sure
to score points with clients, customers and associates.
Groups after crossing the “First
Impression Touchdown!” goal line, emerge from the training
session with an articulate, succinct and compelling team-oriented
message that enriches first impressions. This opens the door
to more intimate and informative conversations that lead to more
productivity, better communication and increased sales.
A real touchdown in the
game of business and social success!
