Sue Hansen is a professional speaker and the owner of Carson Cole Associates, a training firm dedicated to teaching influencing skills to the corporate executive as well as the small business owner. The company offers seminars and industry specific training in communication, customer service, team building and leadership development.

Enjoying a diverse background Sue Hansen has worked with nonprofit organizations, has 17 years sales, marketing and operational experience in health related markets, including pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, and business ownership. Sue believes in motivating the team, helping the team recognize that the sum is better than the parts alone, teaching the team highly developed communication skills and using those skills to perform at unbelievable levels in the interaction with both the internal and external customer. Now with her training and speaking company, Sue Hansen teaches this same successful philosophy to companies nationwide.
